Subject: Please help me regarding CAIPS file

Hi guys,
I have completed my medical for permanent resident around 6 months & my file in Buffalo. Still now no passport request.

Now I am thinking to order for CAIPS note. If I order for CAIPS file check now, is there any further delay of processing my file?
