hi guys....id really appreciate any advise here of my friends case.
she have finished her 24months work as a caregiver....right after that, she was released from her post. now she has no work.
would she still ba eligible to apply for PR though she has no work at the moment?whats the best thing to do?

first of all she has to change her status from Temp worker to visitor to keep herself with legal status in canada.
I have no idea if she can apply for PR under FSW or CEC class. check CIC web site use self assesment tool. you can also check National Occupation Classification (NOC) List, if her occupation comes in skil type O,A or B.
and of course wait for some other advices from other users.
