| Subject: Adding For Child's Immigration After Landing |

Hi!
I applied for my immigration from Buffalo, File was trasferred to New York office and was approved from here (NY Office).
Landed in Canada and went back to US for job assignment.
Came back to Canada after my child was born in the US.
Please let me know the process to apply for my child´s immigration from Canada.

PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION!
Did you disc lose the fact that your child was born before you became a PR?
If not you will not be allowed to sponsor that child.

Hi! Roy,
Thanks for your response. Here is the detailed summary of what I went thru.
My PR was approved in 2005. Landed in 2005 and returned to the US for work within a few weeks.
Our child was born in 2007 in the US and I did not apply for his immigration since then.
Now that we moved to Canada for good, I wanted to know the process for my child´s immigration.
