The FSW PR Application Guide requests for submitting educational degree/diploma "transcripts" in sealed envelopes that are signed by the University authorities.
Is this mandatory ? I mean, can´t notarized "copies" of Transcripts suffice ?
Its kind of difficult for me to go back the University (I am right now in Canada and not my home country) and God only knows how long they might take to send me the transcripts ! I have the original transcripts, mark-sheets, grade-cards, etc. with me.
Anybody who has applied for PR "without" the ´transcripts in sealed envelopes´ ?
