Describe the condition to the DMP , supported by proofs and records. Later on CHC/medical officer may ask for the expert reports. Your case will be treated on possibilities of EXCESS SERVICES REQUIRED.They will compare the expected medical/social service expenses to be incurred during next 5/10 years against the average exp. per Canadian per year ( approx. CAD $ 6300-00). You should be ready for re-medical/expert opinion. Any other records may be asked by the medical officer.
Pl. ask and inform the progress.
