there is an excellent new self test in the skilled worker section of www.cic.gc.ca.
if you are not part of the 38 NOC codes, it gives you some other options such as arranged employment or Provincial Nominee programs.
I would start with the website. we are all still unfamiliar with all the program details so we would pretty much have to do the same thing which I am suggesting to you.
