How to get USA Police clearance certiicate ? Is it possible to get from india right now i am at indi. How to obtain USA Police certificate staying at india. Please advice me.

Thanks for your reply. But i want to stay at india. I want to get FBI Clearnce. How to get that from India ?
I heard there is two Finger print clearn one is at State Departement of State and Second is Directly from FBI. Where should i go ?

Have you read the instructions on the FBI website via the link provided above? Please do some work yourself. Read the instructions, perhaps that would answer some of your questions.

I read it then i asked you. Because they have not mention for Out of country. even i emailed to USA consulate at India but no reply.

Well, if you have read it, I dont know what to tell you. The instructions are very clear, download the form, print the form, complete the form, get finger prints, send the form, wait for the response. What else would you like them to tell you?
What do you mean by out of the country? There is only one process, in the country or out of the country is irrelevant.
