1) Why Canada squeeze and shorten the NOC. Does not in need for new immigrant?
2) Will these changes in NOC will stay long?
3) Does this have a relation with economic crises that canada lives in now?

1) Canada is accepting the same number of immigrants but is being more selective about which skills they are giving priority to.
2) we are understanding there will be a review from time to time to determine if these NOC codes are still a priority. yes, at some point they could change.
3) no - the changes came before the economic crisis and the political crisis

1) Why Canada squeeze and shorten the NOC. Does not in need for new immigrant? They need special skills. Other skills have to go through arranged empolyment.
2) Will these changes in NOC will stay long? They´ve just come out and therefore they are not expected to change soon.
3) Does this have a relation with economic crises that canada lives in now? No. They were speaking about these changes before Feb 2008.
