Hello,
I have a question for the experts here =)
I am a canadian citizen, my fiance is an indian national. We are planning to get married in the UK through a religious ceremony in our place of worship.
Will I have any potential sponsorship issues that I should be aware of? I don´t have any pictures with me and my wife together in the same picture, but we shall have pictures of the religious ceremony.
Also - as I mentioned above, we don´t have a legal marriage certificate from england, or canada - just the religious document of proof of marriage, which is called a NIKAH-NAMA. Will this be sufficient? or is a legal document attested by the government required?
