Subject: What's the impact of arrest?
I have a domestic violence related arrest which did NOT result in a coviction, will this affect my PR application?

If you were not convicted you should be fine. However, your lawyer might have done a good job so you were not convicted. Again, if this is the only arrest you should have any problems with that.

In your application you have a question about being arrested or something like that and the questions says to explain further if you answered yes on any questions.
Hopefully you have some paper work regarding your arrest and what happend. You should provide everything. If you had lawyers, ask him/ her to provide some paper work from your case too.
Do not hide anything. Extra information will not hurt you.

simply just go to check if you can get none-offence or something like police check, criminal record check, if you can get it, no need to say "yes", I feel that if you said yes, only gonna make yourself into trouble
