Hi all,
My job position (Construction Manager) lies within 38 list, I have valid residence for more than three years in both UAE and Egypt.
My question is : according the new 38 list which is better (quicker) to submit my application to Canada immigration office in UAE or In Egypt. Knowing that I can gain more than 67 points.

CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS IN CANADA IS TOTTALY DIFFERENT THAN MIDDLE EAST.EVERYBODY IS GETTING RESPECT HERE.

hehehehehehe :) Respect & Construction Standards? Respect is more related to administration and managment styles my friend. That poor chap is pointing out something else. seems like you had a bad experience in middle east. If yes, i feel sorry about you but forget it now as this is the part of life. I am happy as you are in canada now and enjoying your life and getting ENOUGH RESPECT.

Either is OKAY. According to the new rules, a decsion to be made within one year from application irrespective of location. Good Luck
