Subject: Landing

Hi all,

I have a question and i hope someone can answer me =)

I enetered Canada as a student and i´m still holding that status.. i applied for immigration while i´m here and my case is processed in NY. Now my case is almost done..

Do i need to leave Canada for couple of days and come back with my immigrant visa to land? or i can maintain the immigrant status without leaving Canada? please explain to me.
