| Subject: Spusal Interview |

My CL and I have been asked to attend a interview at Etobicoke office in a few weeks regarding our spousal application which we submitted April 08.
They asked us to bring a list of documents and they had an application for PR status attached to the letter along with the Schedule 1 form. They said that there is insufficient evidence that our relationship is "Bona Fide" and that we needed to prove otherwise.
Can anyone tell me what this means?
Dose this mean that our application is finally being processed?
How much longer could it take to finalize the application?
Could we get first stage approval after the interview?
My CL has an appointment 2 days after the interview with the CBSA regarding removal!!

Obviously you failed to convince them that your relationship is bona fide! So prove same.
One question they will probably ask is describe your residence from walking in the front door.
You would be surprised how different the answers are from him to her.

The odds you will not be told at the interview but at 6900 entrance 2B two days later.
