Subject: Dear Sharon, Roy or anyone, please take a look
I have submitted my application 3 months ago. My occupation is Financial Analyst 1112, however; what I did is very close to bank branch Accountant 1111. Please take a look at my job description.

My job title and description is: Global corporate action analyst
? Monitored industry & company news and corporate actions activity.
? Analyzed corporate action details and mitigated corporate action risk.
? Notified FMR Co. of capital changes and solicited responses where necessary.
? Verified action details, instructed where necessary, confirmed entitlements with custodian banks
? Applied actions to Fidelity Investments Funds.
? Served as a resource and industry expert for business partners within Fidelity Investments.

Besides, last month, I received my skill assessment result from ICAA (Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia). They certified that I am suitable to immigrate to Australian as Accountant based on my education background.

Can I send a certified copy of my skill assessment result to Canadian immigration office?

Meanwhile, can I write them a letter to explain that my job description is more close to Accountant? (I was very confused by my job nomination)

Do you think they would adjust my job category?

Thank you so much for your help!

this is one of the reasons we encouraged people to hold on to their applications until the list came out so that an application could be tailored to the right codes.

I am thinking it may be easier to start pulling together a brand new application in light of the new rules - you really have not lost much time.

Once the refund has come, you could try it again. I think sending an update after the fact is problematic. You don´t have any file number to match it to etc. I think you may be buying an administrative nightmare.

Thank you again Sharon! (in reply to: Dear Sharon, Roy or anyone, please take a look)
Do you think they would help me to change my code to the right code after reading my job description? Or I am dreaming here? :)

Have a great holiday and Merry Christmas!

I think your application will get more scrutiny with a switched NOC code than if you filed again. They will wonder if you are trying to squeeze a square peg into a round hole.

make a clean, clear case on a pristine and well presented application.
