Is it possible to give me some detailed information about what kind of medicals the visa offices usually request?????

When one wants details one should ask a detailed question.
I suggest the following.
Ask any DMP Designated Medical Practitioner they can answer that question best and they all take cash.

They usually get a urine and blood sample (I imagine to check for whatever you can check using a such samples), they check your blood pressure and you are required to tell the doctor about any previous on present medical condition that you or any of your family members may have.
I suggest you do a search about medical exams (in this or any other immigration forum) for more details if needed...
