| Subject: Reapplying after 2 years Ban |

I was banned from making any application to the canadian emabssy in may 2005 when i wa in my country.
I have being living in the UK since march 2008 but i will be sponsoring my wife for her masters program in canada while i alos apply for the open work permit.
Although the 2 years is over, will this affect my wifes study permit and my open work permit applications ?
has anyone being in my situation or u know of anybody.
A response will be highly appreciated.

It is two year ban...Therefore, you can apply after the two year with full honesty on your app..
It is a serious offence to give false or misleading information on this form. We may check to verify your responses. Misrepresentation will result in a two-year ban from entering Canada.

"WE" such an unusual term to use.
Your interpreting this posting that (tm) was excluded for two years for misrepresentation (for a lie).
The issue is the wife and not the husband as I assume (tm) is. Even though your two years of exclusion has expired of course some of your previous facts will of course affect your wife´s application but the degree of affect depends on the original lie.

i Think The (WE) is a direct translation from french
wich is make a sense in french.
sometimes when ..WE.. in french means an unknown ..They..
i don t think that an officer will comes on boards talking
about his job, They are too secretive the even not talk about theur job in the coridors.
i realy think that the WE is a translation word by word from another language.

can any one please tell me how to reapply after banned and how date is calculated,is it mention in the decission or from the date of interview,i´m waiting for my decission and visa officer only inform me during interview
