Can you respond couple of quick queries?
1. As a Canadian PR, how long my wife can stay with me outside Canada while I´m working for US based company on TN.
2. Is there any limitation or need to acknowledge to Canadian Govt or immigration department that I´m living outside Canada as a Citizen?
3. What if my spouse stayed more then three years outside Canada while she was on PR status, and in case if the PR status has been canceled. Can we apply again for resuming her PR status or need to apply as a new case?

As long as she stays with you overseas, she won´t lose the PR status, just have to renew the PR card every 5 years as long as the current law prevails.
Not any legal binding to tell Canadian Govt., but for the tax purpose may be. If you claim non-residency status in Canada then you don´t have to pay tax to Canada, just pay tax to the US. You may search for Emigrant status in Tax Canada web site.

I´m living in USA for 2 years and my wife joined me year late, but I haven´t change my bank address.
Can you please let me know, what are the binding considered for tax payers.
1. Other than bank address what are the ties need to be closed while staying in Canada?
2. Do i need to pay Canadian Federal Tax while stay in USA?
3. Do i eligible to apply green card on TN Visa?

i have a couple of questions.
my husband had jaundice 7 yrs ago and the medical pract in delhi asked for extra tests. does any one know if my husband will be asked to do more tests by the immigration officer?
also where would i submit the outland application in new delhi.
