i am on very initial stage for applying PR . i just want to know regarding my experience letter from my employer . is experience letter engough for me as a proof of my experience or other documents are also necessary if there are any ?

Appointment letter and pay stubs are also important documents. They will verify your work experience with your employer anyways however providing them all the required documents in the begining saves your time and their effort in contacting your employer for verification purposes. Proper documentation may speed up the process as well.

My bro in law got his PR couple of weeks later after landing in canada. My sister sponsored him.
I was wondering do you need all these documents to get a PR. If yes then how come he got his without even sending those documents. I heard PR card takes long to get but he got it in few weeks later he landed in canada......even before he started working canada.
And this was in Oct 2008.

I want to apply for Canada Federal PR.
My boss is ready to give me an experience letter stating i am a Software Manager.
But he has asked me to give a Experience letter.
Pls can someone forward me a letter format.

The requirement for documentation is different for every category. In spousal application, its mostly documentations supporting the merits of the relationship.
