I am a landed immigrant. My husband was lost since 2004. I came in Canada alone a year ago.My husband was not a landed immigrant. Now I found out he is dead. How can i clear his name from my file (immigration )?

obtain a death certificate or some other proof of his death. It will only be significant to immigration should you wish to sponsor someone or remarry.
