I am a physician trained in the US. I am also American Board certified. I want to move to Canada (approved skilled worker application). Canada accepts the American postgraduate training. I am applying for jobs and got some potential offers.
Any doctor around on this forum to share his/her experiences regarding the practice in Canada, compared with the States (specifically with respect to workload in hospitals, best provinces for MDs, salaries in contrast to the jobs in the US, ?etc).

Congratulations on your decision to move to Canada. You will help increase the number of doctors there. You probably are aware that many Canadian graduates opt to practice in the US because of much better pay and much more professional opportunities. You are very selfless in considering to move to Canada from the US.

Actually Doctor´s in Canada end up making more annually because it is a government funded system.
