don´t panic, just do what your heart tells you. Canada will be not a good option since you have got your refusal letter. Good luck

Mohsin,

When you apply for US or UK, they may or may not ask about Canadian refusal. Even if they ask you, Canadian immigration officer´s decision may or may not influence UK/ US immigration officer´s decision.

It is unfortunate that you had dreams to go to Canada for studies and the visa was refused. Visa refusal is not a reflection on your skills/ abilities. But, don?t get disappointed and turn desperate to change the passport etc.

Even if you show ties to your home country with wife and children as far as non-immigrant visa goes, it is totally up to the officer to decide. They follow set of rules and have little room to apply their own discretion to decide. They are also humans and make good and bad decisions -- applicants get benefited by both good and bad decisions.

If you really feel you deserve this visa the right way to go is probably to hire an attorney and appeal the decision and confront instead of worrying and thinking studying abroad is doomed.

Be confident and be positive. If you have funds and find schools in UK/ US apply and see if you get through. You have nothing to lose instead of worrying what they will think of Canadian refusal. Even for Canada you may apply next year and might get through.

I wish you the best!
