| Subject: children sponsored by father, but now not aloud to |

My three girls were living with my ex-husband in Windsor. They were attending school there also. The youngest of the three has already received her PR. (she´s been living with him longer than the other two).
Three weeks before christmas, my ex-husband gets arrested for child abuse. (He basically hit our eldest daughter in the face and left a bruise). I have been up here in Regina since beginning of Oct, I drove 28 hours straight to Windsor that same night and went to pick up our girls due to the conditions, his condition of his release was that he have no direct or indirect contact with them until everything is resolved. My mother whom resides in Detroit, was kind enough to go and pick up the girls from school and take them to her house where they were staying until i was able to get there.
It took me about a week but i did get permission from the court to take them home with me to Regina.
My question is,
I´m sending in my Arranged Employment based FSW application this month. Will the girls now living with me affect their sponsorship applications? The application have already been approved just awaiting for passport requests.
They have already gone through their medicals. They should receive their PR cards within the next 3 months if everything continues the way it is.
