your post is extremely misleading. Any skilled worker application is eligible to bring their immediate family with them. THAT IS NOTHING NEW. Processing time under the new rules is supposed to be 1 year for a yes or no answer but we have yet to see any confirmation that this has actually occured.

there is 38 NOC codes that Canada is currently considering for Skilled Worker applicants. You still need 67 points and you still need settlement funds.

The new system is harder not easier. The only thing different is that you will have a yes or no answer much sooner if you have applied after February 2008.

Based on your original post... you are a fraudster.

Good day.
I applied as immigrant way back 2005 but unfortunately there is no words yet from my consultancy. I am a librarian by profession with 28 years of experience. What assistance could you give to speed up my application. I already have my file number. Thank you and God bless!
