| Subject: PR accepted but work permit exired |

hi i have a question may somebody can help me
i applied for my PR last year. now im approved what is great,but my workpermit expired in the beginning of next month and L.A. want that i sent our passportsto them ,but they need 3-4 weeks that i get the passports and the PR-cards back and thats after my expire date. and the next thing is too that my daughter turned 16 in december and she needs now a adult passport were i applied but to get them that takes 10- 12 weeks. now my question what should i do should i apply for a another workpermit or should i send the expired passport from my daughter to l.a.
please i need help what to do.

Mike,
Firstly, congratulations on getting the PR.
I dont know the answer to your question and you may want to wait for someone to answer. But due to the short time you have, I would suggest you contact the LA consulate right away and ask them what to do.

thank you for your response. i did contact l.a. but i dont have any answer yet and who knows if i get one.i guess they are taking there time to answer me. thank you again
