There is lot of confusion over this topic that is it safe and good approach to send PPs to CHC, ND - India, for Canada PR visa stamping, while applicants are in USA. Is there any harm or problem that applicants could face while their PPs are with CHC New Delhi. If there could be any problem then how to tackle that and respond to authorities when you being asked about the PPs.
please reply to bring my confidence up and strong to send PPs to CHC ND.

You will want to verify that you are able to send your passport through a courier service. I believe it is illegal to send an Indian passport through the mail. That said, to get it stamped you need to physically return with the passport, or have someone carry it who has an authorized note to carry it.
