im married to canadian citizen but i dnt want to live wid him. i want to know that after getting visa in india is it necessary for me to go to my husband´s place. can i go to canda widout informing him. or how can i legally get separated fom him? plz suggest.

teaching him a lesson is a good way to either get yourself hurt or get yourself deported. If he is as bad as you say, why would you want to be in a country that will assume you have used the man to gain entry into the country. You will get little or no help or sympathy. How will you support yourself? How do you know this man won´t find you and try to teach you a lesson too.
You are better off staying exactly where you are - even if it is embarrasing.
