New 38 Profession rule will be effective from 27th Feb 2009. yes, me too wanna know what change is gonna take effct in terms of IELTS? the test contents changed or the way CIC counts points for Immigration has changed.

This will give all a clear view of the changes came into effect in IELTS scoring requirements. No need to panic, its the change they made which makes no substantial difference.
