Subject: parents sponsorship (Roy please help)
  Hi Roy
Thanks for ur earlier reply. I feel that my situation is realy worst. My parents date of birth is wrong in my original application and in their passport. For my dad year is wrong. and for my mom the entire date is wrong. Do I have correct this information with them somewhere. I really feel frustrated that why we didn´t pay attention to theses details and just relied on the agency that filed our papers. now the problem is in the name in passport name is spelled with letter I and in my application with the letter E and the wrong date of birth.

I might be just panicking for no reason but still don´t want to mess the application now.
Please advice if I have to crrect this information with CIC before I apply for sponsorhsip?
Thanks

Sloppy work is sloppy.

The issue I would like to know is how was the dates of birth and names supplied. What was the quality of the documents that were copied to provide such information.

I find it unusual that you waited until after submission to even notice your parents names were spelled incorrectly. Dates of birth or other items could of been over looked but names.

I have a bigger mess to overcome.

One of my clients have been refused to sponsor her husband due to misrepresentation. She hired an authorized representative (at that time) to assist her with the application. In the sponsors questionnaire she was asked a question, ("Have you ever been married, )

The client answered "NO"

Note the space after the comma.

The question goes on to say "or in a common law relationship or conjugal relationship"?

Now the former authorized representative is no longer authorized because she did not meet some criteria. Which Criteria???? It has to be knowledge or language. Does that make a difference???

The Visa Post did not care that the former Authorized Representative took the blame CIC still refused my client due to misrepresentation even though she changed the forms back to admit she had been in a common law relationship.

I know long story!

My advice get out a fine tooth comb and go through your parents forms SLOWLY question by question.
