Hi there!
I will be very greatful to you if somebody help me.
I am applying to canada under Federal skill class and I am living in London at the moment.My questions are;
How to pay fees for application ,whether online or bank draft?
where to post my application whether london office or Sydney?

You will need to post your application to CIU, (Central Intake Unit) Sydney, NS. If the initail assessment is positive, they will refer it to CHC London.
Regarding fees payment, I am not aware of any online payment system. You will have to make a bank draft in UK in favor of "Reciever General of Canada". These details are also available on www.cic.gc.ca. Good luck
