Hi I recently submitted my wifes application and they said the immigration photographs we handed were not done right.
I forgot to write her name on the back (which might be the reason)
4 also came together so i didnt seperate them (cut them out), could that also be a reason?
If someone could explain how they got theres 2 that would be a great help

On CIC site there are many examples of how the Photos can be refused. Look to the site www.cic.gc.ca all the information you want is easier to be explained there.
