Subject: rejection
  Hi,
I needed a bit help in my case.
I applied for immigration to Canada under the skilled workers program and my file was accepted on Feb 27th 2008. At that time I was a final year student of Bachelors degree and did not have the degree with me. After I received my degree in Summer 2008, I wrote an email twice to buffalo centre to ask that whether and where should I send them a copy of my degree but they never replied.
Yesterday (i.e January 27th 2008) I received a letter from an immigration officer that my application has been rejected because my assesment received 66 points instead of the required 67 points. By only one point, they have rejected my application.

My question is that can my case be reopened and who should I contact in this matter. Other than this the letter states that the one point less i received is becuase of a 0.5 point less received on my ILETS score. Would retaking the ILETS exam help ?

Thank you.
