Subject: Question about experience gaining in a job |
Hi, I thought about going and studying computer programming for 2-3 years (if 2-years studies is legible then I´ll go with 2)for the immigration but it says I need to have 1 year experience in that field...
so my question is do I have to gain this experience in my country or I can do it as a temporary worker in Canada?
(and I´ll just add another question with it-how many programmers are there in Canada- is it the right choice or the competition is too hard?)
Oh and it´s not a university degree but a diploma I hope it stands ok and not concidered not professional enough....

CEC Class (in reply to: Question about experience gaining in a job) I think you are talking about the CEC class where you come to Canada on a stdent permit and study in a public university or a college for two years course, after you finish the course you can apply for a work perimit and gain experinece in this country and then you an qualify for immigration under CEC.
