In the forms they ask for depended
should I send photos of my mother, younger bro and two sisters as I had filled there details at the time when I submitted my SAP FSW form, this time received update letter should I ?

Below the name of the dependent/s there must be a space to affix the photographs,if it is required or otherwise at suitable place. Affix the photograph/s.
Here the que. is for an extra photographs.
Have they asked for an extra photographs ? Probably not, the same will be asked after the procesing and before they are ready to send medicals.

On the application
On the medical request form
On the PR confirmation letter

Any how they are not accompanying with you so u need not send extra photograps just past the photos where u had filled there details

All means dependent only : those who are accompany with you to Canand.
For whom you have paid fees and
of whom medicals will be caarried out.
If, anyone of them will not be able to pass the medical test your VISA will be refused.

If they are NOT your dependent, there name will be written in the "Family Informmation Form". Probably in this form , photograph is not required to affix.
