Hi all.. can someone pls advise.
My freind lives in Dubai and wants to lodge his immigration papers from Buffalo to cut down on processing time. Is it possible? Can he lodge his application from Buffalo? Can anyone Pls advise.

you cannot. Buffalo is the immigration center for us and canada. You have to reside legally in the us for 1 year to be eligible to apply at buffalo.
