  Dear Sir/Madam.

I need to send my documents before 12th of feb as i am confused and worried that how much points for my 3 years degree which is bachelors in computer Applications I will get

Total education is 10+2+3 = 15 years

Education = 20 or 22 ????
Age = 10
Work exp = 21
iets S=6.5 + L=6 + R=5.5 + W=6 = 10 (result dated 15 Jan 09)
Adabatality = 5

Total = ________

if it is 20 i will get 66 points.
if i will get 22 it will be 68.

Please advice me as soon as possible.

Your suggestion is highly appreciated what step I should take to continue my immigration.

Help (in reply to: Please Help Mr. Roy \ Ms Sharon)
If someone could please help me and my wife. We got married in the Philippines last year and have been waiting for her temp. visa as she got her passport in our last name, had to wait for the NSO for the Marriage Cert. and finally yesterday she was denied. I just really want to see my wife. We are having such a hard time. Isn´t there any more compassion out there? We desparately need help as we both are losing sleep over this and its making both of us sick.
Someone please help.

Chris,

In my opinion, it will be 20 points.

CIC states that you will get 20 points if :

"You have a university degree of two years or more at the bachelor?s level and at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study."

WHICH YOU DO ...

However, to get 22 points :

"You have two or more university degrees at the bachelor?s level and at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study."

Since you do not have 2 or more Univ. degrees, your points aggregate to 20.

Do not lose heart though. You can score upto 6 more points in your English proficiency. Why not take the IELTS again with better preparation to score higher ? I think you can write to CIC requesting for more time beyond Feb-12 and prepare for IELTS and take it in the mean time ...

All the best !

Regards,
Kelly

Roy / Sharon :

I am sorry, I took the liberty of replying to Chris inspite of him asking specifically for the 2 of you.

I hope its okay with you both ... and please feel free to point out if I have mentioned anything incorrect in my post. Would love to gain insight from experienced senior members of the forum.

Thanks,
Kelly
