| Subject: which place is better for faster processing of PP |

Hello...I am staying in Toronto for the past 3+ years on PR and now I am ready to apply for the passport. I want to know which city is better to stay and apply for the passport so that I can get the passport quickly. I just lost the job and ready to move anywhere except Quebec as I don´t no French.. please share your expert opinions.

Quebec is bilingual they speak French and English

Try Whitby far faster then any other place close to the GTA. Thickson and Highway 2
