HELLO
i received a letter from greater toronto enforcement center regarding removal order,and i have to be in person in about 5 days, at 6900 airport rd enterance 2b,in order to update my immigration file. Also i have to provide phone number to indicate my address and i am living in the same address with the same phone number. beside other requirements such as passport , birth certficate and all the documents i can provide. NOW I DON´y hvae passport or birth certificate and immigration knows that because my country of origin is not issueing passport to me. MY QUESTION is this a detention or just appointment. Either way i have to know so when i go i don´t get the shocked. i dopn´t have criminal record. please advice me

They are going to put you on a Terms and Condition Bond and have you call in once a month. That is if they asked for phone home bills.

My letter says that a decision has been made regarding my request for residence. I am scared it is a no and they will handcuff me and ship me out. I dont have a crimminal record and PRRA has my passport. Any advise>

if removal order issue to some one from Greater Toronto enforcement center must the person show up on that date. and no body can stop the date.

This message is reminder to the GTEC to cancel the visa issued to asha jacob on a family sponsorship issued from delhi consulate in jan-feb 2001 for reasons already notified in earlier letters to the GTEC.

Hello, i came to Canada to visit with my husband working in the usa . he is a white american attorney. I have an attornney michael antonik in canada. they (we ) cannot contact her to ask her to claim asylum . Immigration canada will not allow my lawyer to plead or file papers on my behalf, they want to deport me without due process.What are inside numbers to the immigration or jailers that will stop the process of deportation while a case can bee heard.

Hi,I decide to go back to my country, and withdraw my claim as refugee claimant.I called the greater Toronto enforcement centre, and they told me that the goverment of Canada can pay for my air ticket? Is this possible?. And this office is the one that will arrange my voluntary departure?
I live in London and do I need to go to Missisauga?
