What about the IT jobs in Near or In the Toronto. How is the canadian market and pay scale the employers offers to professional with 8+ experience. I have around 2 years experience if US Work experience. Would it make a difference in getting the job and pay scale.

I can not make generalizations but they will always find a reason to pay you less money. I recently moved to Montreal from Vancouver and though I have 5 years of experience working in my field of work in Vancouver and I got decent pay in that unfriendly gray city.. In Cold but interesting and charming Montreal they ask me for the Montreal experience ....LOL!!! They use that as an excuse to give me a low salarie and on top of that their working conditions are 30 years backwards...

IT is a big field. Which IT branch???
Truth is they will pay you according to your Canadian experience. Lots depends on IT certifications.
Hardware/help guys with A+ & network+ get $10. Network guy with cisco gets about $12
