Hi, I just have a few general questions that I would like to know. Upon landing into Canada thru Spousal Sponsorship how long does it take to recieve a Social Insurance Number? Health Card? Work Permit? Permenat Residence?

You get Permenat Residence Card in the mail 4-5 weeks after landing...No work permit since you are (as a PR) automatically permitted to work

Social Insurance Number: the same day of your application, you will receive your number (SIN), and you will receive your card by mail in five business days. (this allows you to work in Canada inmediately)
Permanent residence card: one month or five weeks after landing.
Health card: 3 months after landing, but you should apply for it.

For health card it depends on the province you will be living in . In some of them you will receive your health card and be covered from the first day you apply for it . For example Alberta .

Bringing my car to Canada (in reply to: General Questions)
Hi,
I am a US citizen and I´d like to immigrate to Canada, but I wanna take my car with me instead of buying another one there. Is it possible? Or, where can I find such useful information?

Start by reading www.riv.ca. It will give you all the information you will need about exporting your car from the US and importing it to Canada. You can also do a search on this forum; importing questions have been answered here time and again.
