Subject: Sposal Sponsorship

Recently i applied to sponsor my wife. She is in India. I am a Candian citizen. I am still waiting for my sponsorship approval letter. Anyways i have just learnt that my Wife is pregnent. Should i inform CIC-M about this or is it too early ?? Or should i just wait as it takes about 3 to 4 months to get the visa. I am in Canada and i applied from here. Thanks !
