I moved to Canad on Entreprenure Visa arounf 5 months ago. Condition mentioned to me was:
Entreprenures and their dependents are prescribed as a class of immigrants in respect of which landing shall be granted to the subject of the condition that, within a period of not more than 2 years after the date of an enteprenure´s landing, the entreprenure
(a) establishes, purchases or makes a substantial investemnt in a business or commercial venture in Canada so as to make a significant contribution to the economy and wherby employment opportunities in Canada are created or continued for one or more Canadian citizens or permanant citizens or permanent resident, other than the entreprenure and the entreprenurer´s dependants
Contrary to this my visa officer during the time of interview told me that i have to provide the name and address of business within six months of landing.
Now i am confused if i am required to provide the address of business within 6 months or establish in 2 years. I have already spent 5 months and there is no progress as investing money is not a joke and i am still truggling with so many other issues other than establishing business.
What is your say on this. Am i required to set up business in 6 months or 2 years.
