  Dear forum friends,
I need advise of course, eh

I am from Eastern part of Europe (non EU) and I am almost ready to gather all necessary documents and apply for CA.
I am 29 years old, married, working for the Bank since 2002,
I have high school diploma and 3 year college Diploma in IT, also I have 3 more years in working experience in Electronic and Telecommunication.
I have been in Canada studying IT and ESL for 6 months and I have all certifications, my English is good but also I have ESL Diploma from Canada, which is older than 1 year.
Of course that IT people knows English, does CIC has that clear.
I am still working for the bank for IT and I will continue working over here.
I don?t have money in the Bank, except my monthly salary,  but I have one apartment worth 80.000 ? / 120.000 CAN, can I put those papers instead of bank statement.
I have a friend in Canada, who is from my country, can I say that he is my cousin (uncle) if he agrees,

What are my chances please???????????.

My CIC score is 74-75????.
Do you think that I will have at least 67

I can say, with my limited knowledge of Canadian INS laws, everything looks good. If your apartment or property is in Canada, they must accept that in lieu of bank statement. However, claiming someone as relative (if it not a genuine case) is dangerous. CIC can nag them to produce various types of evidentiary documentation. This may go back to your homeland and familial networks. If an eloborate certification can be obtained, it might work. Or else, CIC might dismiss your petition with prejudice which is not good for repaeat application (if that is planned).

The apartment should be in your name as owner, you have to appraise it and submit the legal papers proving it´s worth.Just that easy.Yes,the poster above is right. You cannot fake someone posting as a relative. They will require you to show proofs of your links like birthday certificates showing the links(e.g. same father, same grandfather).Don´t worry, it will only subtract 4 or 5 points from you.If you are 74-75 now according to your source, you are still in the passing points column. Goodluck!!!
