Subject: Funds

Hi got immigration 5 months back. I am doing PHD in USA. It is still to go for 3 more years. I just want to make an entry for the same sake and come back for my PHD. Do I need to show proof of funds?

You have to show proof of funds only once, when you land and become an official Permanent Resident. You don´t have to show proof of funds again.
