Does any body know what´s the demand for VC++ in canadian market.I has total 8 years of IT experience and Five years of US experience.Does US experience help us to find a job in canada ?????????.

Count ur US experience to equivalent to zero. If u were in the US for 5 years, then why didn´t u try to get a green card sponsored through your consultant? U can put any number of years on your paper resume but there are also desis who will take ur technical interview. Just knowledge VC++ is not enough. Go for advanced certifications in Java ,J2E, Oracle, VB, DB2 or something like Cognos, informatica etc. Remember the key to success is your communication skills. Once u open ur mouth and can´t pronounce properly, no one is going to look at ur technical skills. There is no difference between US and Canadian IT job market.
