| Subject: i am really confused which application to use |

HI all,
Please could some one guide me as to which application form to use to apply as a federal Skilled labour.
will it be the
1)Simplified application process or
2)The regular application process.
also if i could have the link of CIC website for the application form i am suppose to fill and send.
i am getting alot of different information from different source i intend to apply by end of feb 2009.

Hi Ahmed,
My name is Mini and I work for an immigration consultany in Vancouver. As a volkunteer I help people on immigration matters and advice them, so as to protect them from the crooked consultants who take all of your money before getting you here.
Now listen to me, The SAP is no longer in effect, instead last december 2008 , the immigration minister introudced Bill C-50 under which only individuals falling under the list of preferred occupations will be eligible to apply. If your occupation is under the list

You may qualify, however the minister has also decided to reduce the quotas due to recession, so it is very important that you ,make a strong file to have it processed smooth. I offer free advice but if you would like me to help you prepare your file i will charge a small fee, depending on how much work needs to be done.

I don´t blam you Ahmed. Just be very careful who you approach From our experience whether it is the agency or the government nobody speaks the truth. Read our experience on www.immigrationcanadascam.com.
