You mention in one of your posts that do not open FBI Fingerprint Envelope...my question is What if there is no report but FBI asking for resending fingerprint card as the Finger Prints are not readable. It happend once in my case and I had to redo fingerprints.

well it is strange that it happened that way. I was merely recalling what was on the checklist. Luckily, I did not have this problem. good luck in your endeavor.

FBI report is not ur school transcript that u have to send in a University sealed envelop. It´s in ur own interest to open it and know what´s in there. CIC doesn´t say DON´T OPEN IT.

FBI will usually send a covering letter and a reciept of the payment with the finger print card (in my case I did not know I need to send only 1 of the 2 blanks they sent me). They sent me both copies duly signed. So in this case I kept one and sent the other to CIC. CIC only needs the 1 figerprint card stamped and no other additional documents sent by FBI.
