I was a landed immigrant status from Feb 1994 to Aug 1996. I have been visiting regularly.
Is my status as a landed immigrant expired? If yes, how do i go about renewing my landed immgrant status?

You must live in Canada for 2 out of every 5 years to maintain your status. It sounds like you have been out of the country for 13 years.
I don´t think you can renew your status. It sounds to me like you´ll have to reapply.
