Sharon you made my morning, LOL

Quote "geesh, I am starting to talk like Roy!" UnQuote

The basis of the study is Undocumented Workers and Illegals.

Undocumented Workers are those that come to Canada with or without a Visitor Visa and work without authorization. Removing these people when family is involved.

What was the definition of family involved?????

Are we talking about an illegal in Toronto with his/her brother in Vancouver?

Are we talking about a spouse?

Are we talking about take the kid with you or leave the kid behind and we don´t care if the child will have to give up Canadian citizenship to be able to go to school?

What is an illegal? What is an Undocumented worker, could they be your next door neigbor?????

My Rant which some Conservatives protectionist attacked was based on this man´s comments.

Quote "Prof. Peter Showler, director of the Refugee Forum at the University of Ottawa, said it is a ?very high Canadian value? to oppose queue-jumping by anyone in the country, including immigrants".

When Hong Kong was closing or reverting back to the P.R.C. some FSW applicants submitted in Havana, Cuba. When that visa office was unable to confirm employment with the employer the FSW applicant would quickly transfer his file back to Hong Kong for $50.00 and actually (queue jump)!

So a departmental directive came down in 1998 after Hong Kong became part of China again stating all off shore applicants would have to be interviewed from then on. That was 48% of all FSW applications.

That directive and resulting IRPR regulation 11 was designed to ensure that the integrity of the economic component was maintained by ensuring local knowledge and to make the FSW process more efficient.

In 1996 80% of FSW applicants from all Visa Posts were completed in 13 months go check the states today!!!! 70 months?????

Enforcement 10 manual allows the CBSA and CIC Officers to approach any Crown Attorney to stay or withdraw criminal charges after a person is removed to affect their removal. Lets enforce that Law and work with each and every provincial Crown Attorney to get rid of anyone currently facing charges.

Why should Canadian Taxpayers foot the bill to keep these not nice individuals here in our correctional facilities.

Why should CBSA be out hunting down single mothers or families living here for years and feeding themselves by cleaning our houses or building our houses? People who help the economy and are not a drag on our economy because they get no benefits.

Another point of view!
