| Subject: FBI Clearance info...URGENT! |

Hi, I read in this website that I could speed up the process of getting my FBI clearance. I have mailed all my documents and the final step of it was to send an email to the FBI giving my name, tracking number for the package, dealine, and the date the package was recieved.
do@leo.gov was the email address that was given to me but everytime i send a mail to it, it says that it could not be delivered. Is there a problem with this address or is there another email address? thanks

That is the corect email address. You might want to make sure your ISP and email connections are working ok. Also a common mistake is to use the number zero instead of letter O when typing an address. They also may have had a full mailbox that is probably now cleared. Finally, the also have a toll free number to call for any questions.

I also tried using do@leo.gov, I even tried to use cut and paste to avoid typo error but my e-mail did not go through. Aside from this e-mail address, do you know what is the direct number where I could call FBI CJIS? Please advise.
