If your application is approved, we will send you your permanent resident documentation and a letter saying what we need to finalize your permanent residence.
Havent received any document from CIC till the date what does that mean. Please advise. I applied at Buffalo center

Congratulations,
if this happened after submitting medicals, you have got it. Wait for a week and you should send them a letter asking the status.

Looks like you and I are in the same boat. Except that we sent out our medical and RPRF in February, 2009 and that additional document on March 9.
Did you get anything so far? Would appreciate your reply. We´re from Nepal too.
